Based in Loughborough in the British Midlands, Central Conveyors Ltd offers the complete solution package for materials handling systems and conveyors. We combine a highly experienced design team - utilising cutting-edge 3D computer aided design systems - with a team of expert fabricators and engineers, and a group of electricians and PLC programmers, to produce sophisticated conveyor systems.
From simple conveyor belts, to complex systems of conveyors incorporating advanced automation and control, CCL can offer the complete project cycle; from initial specification through to design, drawings, fabrication and installation. We can create stand-alone systems, or assist your own automation teams to integrate our conveyor systems into your existing production system.
Conveyors
We can build simple conveyors to your specification. Featuring fabric belts such as PVC or PU, high temperature silicon or kevlar/PTFE composites, plastic modular belts, steel slat belts, and steel meish belts. Conveyor frames can be mild steel, Aluminium, Plastic, or stainless steel for food production, or demanding pharmaceutical/scientific applications.
Conveyor Systems
Central Conveyors can provide complex interconnected conveyor systems, in which multiple conveyors operate together to accomplish a production line or multi-stage production facility. We can provide automation and interoperability both within the system, and externally to your existing equipment and/or SCADA network.
