YPS Team up with ILS at IMHX 2016 Show

We are proud to announce that YPS will be teaming up with Print & Apply labelling specialist Industrial Labelling Systems (ILS) Ltd the exclusive UK distributor of Swedish company Autolabel AB by sharing a joint stand (8B12) at the upcoming IMHX-2016 at Birmingham’s NEC 13-16th of September 2016. YPS will present on the show stand the best-selling “Compact” Palletiser, a heavy duty but compact single pallet system that is ideal where space is at a premium and is also very economical in comparison to other models; unique in the market our Compact Palletiser has been designed to be highly durable and can guarantee a full return on costs within 12 to 24 months. This machine offers easy operator controls and touch-screen set up, simply enter the dimensions of the product, and the palletiser will automatically calculate the best stacking pattern. It will also allow any pattern to be programmed. The footprint of the machine has been kept to an absolute minimum as the whole machine is only marginally larger than the pallet itself. To compliment this ILS will introduce on the show stand for the first time in the UK the New FlexWipe Pallet Labelling system the most advanced, smartest & safest Pallet Labelling system available today, All current pallet labellers are large, slow, complex and cumbersome with many inherent safety risks & trap points but the Autolabel/ILS FlexWipe System centred on a proven Autolabel T63 Printer negates the need of any expensive guarding & is capable of labelling more than 5 pallets per minute on 2 adjacent sides. The FlexWipe applicator is based upon two rotating movements, an inner arm which can rotate 360° and an outer arm that can rotates 200°, this movement provides full control of where the applicator arm needs to be & the capability to know when the pad reaches the pallet. Any risk of any possible injuries between the applicator arm/printer and pallet are eliminated thanks to the unique Tactile Applicator arm & the Pivotal Machine Mount arrangement, if the system detects something is in the way it will immediately stop the arm whilst activating an alarm which then allows the arm to gently rotate away. Together we will be able to display how the Palletiser and Labelling machine can work in conjunction with each other. We will create a “production line” effect whereby boxes are labelled then palletised and then a second label is added after this equipment has been place onto the pallet in the chosen pallet pattern.
