Expansion of the YPS Sales Team

Here come the boys…meet our newest members of the YPS sales team! The expansion of our sales team began five years ago when Jonny first joined our team. His role was to develop the film sales side of the business and this is something which he has excelled at. He has surpassed his sales targets year on year and has now been rewarded for all his hard work and loyalty to the company by being made a director of YPS last summer! He now not only manages film accounts but he also specialises in our Hugo Beck machinery sales. When he isn’t driving up and down the country visiting customers he enjoys a round of golf, playing cricket and spending time with his family. As a result of all the growth generated by Jonny we looked to expand the film sales force even further in order to cope with all the extra demand and to help manage new accounts and this is when Josh joined the team last year! Josh like Jonny has become a key member of the sales team generating strong relationships with existing customers as well as with new customers. He had big shoes to fill after Jonny however he has taken to the role like a duck to water and YPS wouldn’t be the same without him! In his spare time Josh is a big Manchester United fan he also plays football for his local team and used to play in the Manchester United Academy Team when he was younger! In February we expanded our team even further when Archie became part of the YPS family. As we had expanded the film section of the business we also needed to expand the machinery sales side and so machinery sales has now become Archie’s playground! Since joining us he has quickly picked up industry knowledge and gained a true understanding of our equipment and core company values. If it is shrink wrapping machinery you need then Archie is your man! Like Josh he is also a big sports fan and he spends most of his time outside of work either watching sports or in the gym!
