New Pyrolysis Oven Commissioning

Recognising the growing need for specialised services, PPSL have successfully utilised our recently commissioned Pyrolysis Ovens to clean components for two very different customers. The first job was the removal of carbon black from process fluid equipment used in the manufacture of Graphene powders. The second job was the removal of EAA and EMAA polymers (such as Nucrel ®) from extrusion equipment used in the manufacture of co-extruded polymer sheet. The resulting happy customers show the versatility enabled by this equipment, and the expertise of PPSL to accommodate our customers needs.
