Newson Gale have are a leading manufacturer of static earthing equipment for hazardous area industries and have been for over 30 years.

Newson Gale was founded by Mr Ernest Kochmann in 1988 who acquired the static control business of ‘Cenelectex’ which was established in 1982.

In 2001, The Bond-Rite Intrinsically Safe Self-Testing Clamp was produced which was Newson Gale's first patented products. Within the spaces of ten years this unique product proved very popular with over 10,000 units being sold.

The company moved to its current location in Colwick in 2008. With more than 40 employees worldwide some of which have served 30 years, and an experienced network of distributors the company has a unique mix of skills and knowledge within this sector.

With the increase of International trade, in March 2011 Newson Gale decided to expand its operations in Europe with the formation of Newson Gale GmbH, a new division based in Essen which provides dedicated sales and technical service to customers in Germany.

With the business continually working on developing technology to meet the needs of its clients everyone at Newson Gale strives to provide a Total Solutions Package from initial contact right through to delivery and support.
