Mansfield Town FC & Hall-Fast Agree Sponsorship Deal

Multi-award winning industrial supplies firm Hall-Fast and League Two outfit Mansfield Town FC have agreed a sponsorship deal which will see the firm sponsoring at least four home games this season. Malk Hall & Paul Nyland (MTFC) Pictured above is Paul Nyland (MTFC) with Malk Hall (Hall-Fast) Commenting on the deal, Malk Hall, Hall-Fast managing director, said: “We sponsored the Stags’ home game against Dagenham and Redbridge in August, and enjoyed the hospitality and the day so much that I wanted to do more with the club.” “With all of the other sponsorship deals that we currently have in place with teams in different sports, I guess that I was initially just dipping my toe in the water with them, but I was so impressed with what I saw and with the ambitious plans that John Radford has for the club that I am sure our partnership will develop a lot further.” Hall-Fast commenced trading in August 2006 with just £5,000 start-up capital, today the business still remains self-financed from profits. Although initial focus was on supplying specialist fasteners into the UK automotive sector, the company now supplies more than 100,000-plus products including tools, work wear, access and handling equipment and consumables into 76 countries. Mansfield Town commercial manager Paul Nyland sees Hall-Fast’s involvement with the club as a major coup. He said: ‘’Hall-Fast’s work within the local community is well publicised, they were recently named Britain’s Best Business and it is great to have them on board. Clearly the hard work that the commercial team at the club has put in over the last few years is paying off.’’ The partnership between the two is also developing off the field, with Malk Hall speaking at the Mansfield Town Business Academy event on the 16th October and with the club sponsoring the next Hall-Fast Charity Ball on the 9th May 2014 – where it hopes to raise £20,000 on the night for the Fountaindale SEN School in Mansfield.
