"I was so impressed by your very prompt service. Everything you said would happen, happened. I had immediate call back and I had two very pleasant engineers knock on my door within two hours. I had been told that if they discovered that my drains were shared that they would have to hand it over to Thames Water (from October 2011 Thames Water have taken responsiblity for shared drains). This is exactly what happened. But instead of just leaving me they gave me the number for Thames Water and stayed with me until I had made the call, making sure that if there were any questions to answer they were there to help me. Thames Water eventually came out midday, the following day and were able to unblock my drain. I would like to add that it wasn't my fault!!! If anyone asked if I knew of anyone I recommended to look at my drains I would say "Drain & Able." From the lady that takes the call to the engineers on your door step.
