May I thank you personally Diane for your unfailing courtesy and patience during our several conversations prior to the survey. I would also say how pleased my wife and I were to have Connor and Paul looking into our problem, they are both a credit to the Drain & Able business and were both efficient and polite - a pleasure to deal with.
