Last week we hosted three willing and eager work experience young men from the local grammar school, Kings School Grantham.  

Thomas, Alfie and Joseph, all have a keen interest in engineering and spent time on manual turning & milling, slip ring assembly, brush holder manufacture, moulding slip rings, and time on the Integrex robot cell last week in their first step into 'real world' work experience. 

"All 3 were very engaged, got stuck in at every opportunity and the feedback from them and the staff at BGB were all very positive.  We love giving the opportunity to open our doors to the next generation and hosting willing-to-learn future engineers.  They were 3 lovely lads who I hope have enjoyed their time with us, and I'm sure they have taken some key learnings away with them as they soon embark on their career journey." said Nathan Flower, Production Manager UK.
