Foodex Preview 2014 BCH will be exhibiting in hall 20, stand L349 at the forthcoming Foodex Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham. As well as hoping to meet their existing customers BCH hope to attract those new customers who are looking for the next generation of process solutions. BCH are keen to demonstrate their process knowledge and manufacturing flexibility. On display will be: 1. TP 200 machine which is a twin press head machine for the manufacture of lidded pies and open case flans & quiches as part of BCH’s complete pie manufacturing solution. 2. Entry level sauce processing vessel for the food service/ restaurant/ institutional catering industries. 3. Ohmic heating unit which provides a milder heat treatment process where products are heated very quickly and evenly – including those with fragile, delicate or difficult to process particulates and solids. BCH’s sister company Coates Engineering will also be exhibiting outside Halls 19 & 20 their stainless steel Tanker in vehicle site 16 in the atrium.
