Tea Reclamation Machines

Designed to reclaim tea from reject tea bags during production, the Applied Vibration MkII tea reclamation machine continues to provide the leading tea companies with quick and efficient tea recovery with minimal tea damage and virtually zero paper contamination. The MKII unit provides dust tight processing and can be quickly stripped down for cleaning providing easy and safe access to all product paths. A thorough dry clean down using vacuum can be conducted in under 8 minutes making the system idea for reclaiming smaller batches of even the strongly flavoured teas. For smaller users the machine can be manually fed whilst for larger users the unit can be supplied with a purpose built bulk elevator proving adjustable feed rate control. Typically the system is suitable for reclaiming tea from tea bags at a rate of approximately 18,000 tea bags per hour.
