Cardboard Pyramid Puzzle

A corporate events company was tasked with providing a puzzle that would form part of a team building exercise for a group of 150 bankers. We were asked to design the cardboard puzzle but were given a time target as to how long it should take the teams to complete the task. We first calculated how many components were needed for each team and then had to make sure that each component would take a given number of minutes to make and then put together. Several visitors were given the puzzle and we timed them as they tried to solve it. As soon as we had the right design, we went on to manufacture the full-sized cardboard pyramid puzzle.
