Delivery Information

Your order with Sun Plastics will be delivered Free of Charge, to mainland UK. For stock orders, mainland UK only, we are able to offer next day delivery, free. As long as your order us placed by 12pm Monday-Thursday, your goods will be delivered next day. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, extra carriage charges will apply. Please contact us before placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed for delivery to N.I. and Channel Islands without prior carriage agreements in place. For faulty goods, we will exchange and collect goods free of charge. This facility is only available up to 28 days after receipt of goods. Any faults must be reported to us and sample of faulty bag/s sent for quality checking before collection of goods is made. If no faults are found, a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order fee will be deducted from any final refund. Copies of our full terms and conditions available on request. Should you decide that you wish to return goods, we will refund in full, as long as goods are returned in the condition that we despatched them from. Unfortunately, carriage costs for returns are at the customers expense. This facility is only available up to 14 days after receipt of goods.
