Sterling Fluid Systems is a member of the Thyssen Bornemisza Gruppe (TBG), that receives over 2 billion Euro annually. TBG was founded in 1918 through Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisza, the third son of August Thyssen.

For over eight decades, SIHI is the leading manufacturer for innovative technologies regarding vacuum pumps, liquid pumps and engineered systems, which are primarily used in all segments of the process industry.
