Everton Traineeship

Sovex has today announced that they will be supporting the Everton Traineeship as they sign-up to become an Everton Traineeship Consortium member. The programme, ran in partnership with Ingeus, aims to engage 2,500 young people from across the Merseyside area over the next two years to help equip them with invaluable, transferable skills which will help to get them back into work, an Apprenticeship or education. The programme aims to work with approximately 200 prestigious local companies; allowing them to benefit first hand from enthusiastic, trainees from the local talent-pool. Businesses joining the consortium will not only work with a trainee, but will also receive a nationally recognised Level 2 Mentor training qualification for a member of their staff. Furthermore, companies will benefit from advice and expertise on Health & Safety and safeguarding policies and have the opportunity to give something back to the local community.
