In response to increasing customer demand for improved evacuation performance and energy efficiency, SMC, the world’s leading pneumatics provider has launched its new Series ZK2. This has been developed by SMC’s specialist team of engineers, the ZK2 offers an enhanced ejector/pump vacuum unit with extremely efficient air and power consumption, thanks to the introduction of an energy saving digital pressure switch which reduces air consumption by up to 90%, allowing intermittent energising (supply/exhaust), only when the vacuum decreases.
