Changeover / Selector Valve

The SchuF changeover/selector valve is able to provide a reliable service in numerous major industries over the past 40 years. Their primary use is with dual safety relief valves. The design of the Changeover valve is able to guarantee that at least one of the two pressure relief devices is constantly in service and full relief flow is ensured during changeover. Changeover valves are a Switchover Valve, meaning that they switch flow from one pipeline to another. They are often referred to as "selector" valves. Changeover valves are ideally suited to applications where mandatory pressure relief devices (rupture discs and relief valves) are installed as dual devices.
