The World Chocolate Forum, organized by Kennedy's Confection magazine, brings together chocolatiers, confectionery manufacturers, machinery and services suppliers, as well as mainstream and speciality chocolate retailers to spend a day talking chocolate.
Supporting the forum is a table top exhibition in which NDC is pleased to participate. Find our exhibit on table 3.
The forum takes place in the conference centre of the British Library. To attend as a delegate, please contact Kennedy's Confection.
NDC supplies on- and at-line moisture and fat measurements to the chocolate processing industry with a range of engineered applications from bean to final product. We are also able to measure chocolate powders as well as many of the dairy and other ingredients used to create chocolate confectionery.
