The FBL slidepack consists of outer and inner rails made from precision roll forming steel plates with two rolls of balls between the rails. It is a compact, thin and ultra-low cost slide unit for limited linear motion. The balls are equally spaced in the precision pressed cage to eliminate friction, and the clearance and motion of the slide are optimally conditioned so that simply mounting the unit on the mating surface achieves smooth motion and not much noise.
