Reliable product and part labelling is often key to smooth workflows in production, warehouse and shipping environments. Among the articles that typically need identifying are workpieces and semi-finished products, large containers and mesh boxes. Product and price tags facilitate professional labelling not only in industry, however, but throughout the commercial sector, including in fashion retailing, DIY and furniture stores – wherever self-adhesive labels cannot be attached. To meet the wide-ranging needs of industrial users and traders, HERMA has now added three new formats to its existing range of robust tags. Uniform and efficient From a PC connected to any conventional laser or inkjet printer or copier, users can print both sides of the product and price tags with text, a logo, colour, as well as EAN and QR codes. Unlike handwritten labels, all the tags have a uniform appearance, are clearly legible, and can be produced efficiently in batches. Once printed, the tags are neatly separated from the A4 sheet thanks to microperforations, and quickly attached to the relevant item by way of the punched hole and a nylon thread, wire, barb or string. In view of their paper-film-paper composition, the product and price tags made by HERMA are extremely robust. The HERMA assortment of product and price tags encompasses five items in a variety of formats, each supplied on A4 sheets in 100-sheet packs.
