Weighdata Limited, the parent company of Harford Control, was formed in 1975. We have a proven track record of innovation and support, so much so that many of our earliest customers are still with us to this day.

We pioneered accurate component counting by weight and our electronic weighing systems have been exported in to Brazil, Japan and Europe for over 20 years.

With the introduction of Average Quantity Law, at the end of 1979, we designed our first computing system and in the 1980s, Harford Control were the 1st company to apply statistical process control techniques to quantity control systems for packers needing to comply with EU Average Contents Regulations.
