Linear Screen

Gough’s Linear Screens may be fitted a single deck scalper or a multiple deck unit for the separation action of granular products at high volume.

The screens also have the additional action of conveying a product between processes whilst screening.

Gough Linear Screens offer high throughput and excellent screening performance for irregular shapes, making them ideal for use in many stages of the production process including recycling. From assisting with handling or segregating incoming materials through to the screening and classifying of end products such as rubber crumb, PVC re-grind, or recycled (densified) EPS, EPP or EPE, Gough Linear Screens are the high performance choice.

Linear screens are also suitable for fishtail fluff removal and dewatering of cooling or cleaning of water.

Gough’s Linear Screens may be fitted with easily removable multiple screening decks making them ideal for dust removal.

Over band magnets may also be fitted for removal of ferrous contamination and the linear motion prevents screen blinding. These features make linear screens ideal not only for size separation but producing ‘clean’ output such as rubber crumb.
