Classifying Screens

This unit is constructed with a robust hexagonal base, which is designed to provide ease of maintenance, as well as added rigidity.

This supports a series of specially mounted, heavy duty, steel coil spring assemblies and houses a direct drive motor assembly.

The integral double extended shaft motor (Direct Drive) is free to rotate and the adjustable weight assemblies attached to each end provide the vibrating forces (amplitude) to the deckware and screen assemblies producing an efficient and economical classification system.
