Welcome to Gary Duncan Ltd.

Established in 1979, we are now one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of electrical heating elements and temperature control equipment, primarily to the plastics and packaging industries.

We continually strive to provide our customers not only with high quality products but also an outstanding level of service irrespective of size. We do everything we can to exceed our customers expectations.

Our company philosophy is to work in close partnership with our customers to provide them with the levels of service they require in order to operate efficiently and reduce their ongoing running costs.

One of our main strengths is our ability to evaluate applications and offer alternative solutions to help increase a products lifespan and also reduce machine downtime. We also pride ourselves on our pioneering approach to customer service. This is typified by our very flexible attitude when discussing potential service plans with new and existing customers. Once agreed, each plan is customised and implemented to suit each individual customer's requirements.

In 1999 we set up our own dedicated manufacturing facility in Herefordshire. This factory currently manufactures the vast majority of the products that we supply to our customers. A major benefit of being a manufacturer is our ability to offer our customers guarantees in terms of product quality and speed of response.

Throughout our working relationship with our customers we are constantly looking to improve our product designs, manufacturing techniques and standards of service to ensure total customer satisfaction at all times.
