Dear Gary, I would very much like to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the service your company has given to us over at least my time that I have been in contact with Gary Duncan and also for the many years previous to this. Gary Duncan and UCP have been in close partnership on a number of very important projects for the Norwich site most notably in designing and manufacturing Heater Band Jackets for Injection Moulding machine's with the emphasis on Energy saving. This is of extreme importance to us here at UCP with regards to Energy prices on the increase and Raw materials costs and so forth. The savings these jackets give us is significant so much so that we have invested in installing these jackets on every one of our 120 plus machines. Any new machines we fit as a standard cost now also. Gary Duncan is a professional organisation whose commitment to us has and will continue to be excellent. The quality of the products has been very good and the service extremely reliable. They provide us with a continual updated database of all the Jackets and Heaters so re-ordering is a simple and easy process. We purchase not only these Jackets but all of our Heaters etc is provided by Gary Duncan as well so a significant amount of investment from UCP is made on the basis of this excellent service.
