About Us

Focal Plastics Ltd was founded in 1980. Our business has 40 employees and we occupy a purpose built 30,000sq ft factory situated in South Woodham Ferrers in Essex.

The business is an expert in the production of bespoke vacuum formings (thermoformings) including clam-packs, blisters, carton inserts, displays, transit trays and a variety of industrial components.

Our business has a large portfolio in tooling for Sot’s (straight on trays or direct to shelf trays).
