April 2011 Flavour Spray DryerPaninkret Chem. Pharm. Werk GmbH of Westerhorn, North German has successfully installed and commissioned a brand new spray drying system designed and manufactured by European SprayDry Technologies. The Spray Dryer has been specifically designed to manufacture Paninkret’s extensive range of products. To cope with the intensive frequent wash down regime imposed by the company both spray dryer and supporting structure have been manufactured from stainless steel with some novel features to aid quick turnarounds including tri-clamp fittings wherever possible. Sanitary standards on this range are high with cleaning options for quick strip and manual wash or full CIP. All process air not being heated is subject to F13 HEPA filtration and a fluidised base reduced discharge build ups. To view the full article please click on the link below.
