Over the years we have put our hand to almost anything from packaging Tobacco, Labeling canned food to quality controlling flasks for heat loss. Popular choices are: SKIN PACKS Skin Packing sometimes called vacuum packaging is a very professional form of packaging that gives the consumer full sight of the product. This method of packaging is relatively cheap and helps to minimise the cost of product production. A very popular pack found in all the major DIY stores. BLISTER PACKS A very professional looking pack giving full view of the product and good point of sale. Labour costs are reduced due to it being a semi-automated process. This method of packaging is very popular in both DIY stores and supermarkets as packaging can be hung or displayed. The process consists of placing products into a blister, backing cards are then placed over the blister, the packs then go through the machine giving the pack a combination of heat and pressure which in turn welds the blister to the card. SHRINK PACKAGING Almost anything can be shrink wrapped to a maximum size of 750mm x 1200mm. Shrink wrap is ideal packaging for books, DVD’s, CD’s, boxed games, mailers, food products etc., for larger and heavy items our sleeve wrapper can be used which can cope with Polythene. This method of packaging is popular with supermarkets for packaging canned drinks in dozens. BAGGING (non-food) Bagging is one of the easiest and cheapest forms of packaging. We specialise in high speed, high volume bagging applications. Bagging is suitable and ideal for products that require accompanying accessories such as kitchen units, self build furniture and much more. Located in Rochford, Essex, we are within easy reach of the M25, London and local shipping ports, being ideal for imported goods that need reworking, and our own vehicles are always available for local delivery/ collection.
