BAR code of practice features BRC's unique mesh grab system

The British Association of Reinforcement (BAR) recently featured our unique mesh grab system on the cover of their safety guide to off-loading reinforcement fabric - further testimony to our leading position in the supply of fabric reinforcement from order to delivery. 'The Safe off-loading of Reinforcement Fabric' is BAR's code of practice for users, hauliers and suppliers is available to download – just click on the cover to download (PDF, 1.2MB). When you place an order with BRC Manufacturing for fabric, you have the option of requesting a delivery to site on a vehicle equipped with the mesh grab system. This means that BRC fabric can be safely off-loaded without the need for any assistance from site personnel by a fully trained operator using a remote control – where you want it in the safest possible manner! All BRC 'mesh grab' vehicle drivers have successfully completed the Construction Skill Certification Scheme and have undergone intensive training on all aspects of lorry mounted cranes to the independently accredited standards of the Road Transport Industry Training Board (RTITB). Another indication of the lengths we go to in ensuring a safe site delivery.
