This week, we were pleased to welcome our new apprentices to BGB.

For Jack Chambers and Jack Ferguson, this marks their first experience of engineering and full-time employment, as they begin their journey to develop new skills, gain knowledge, and explore the world of work – and themselves. Also pictured are our other apprentices: Mason Powell, now entering his second year, and Jake Moore and Ethan Lamming, both in the final year of their apprenticeships with BGB.

Each year, our apprenticeship scheme offers aspiring individuals the chance to become technicians, engineers, managers, and leaders who will shape our company and products for decades to come.

We’re thrilled to have them with us and wish them every success for the future.
