Heather Becomes Full Time After Passing Apprenticeship

We're delighted to introduce our newest team member, Heather Butters, who joins us as a Junior Marketing Assistant. Heather recently completed her digital marketing apprenticeship at BGB and Grantham College and is now embarking on the next phase of her marketing career with us. Reflecting on her apprenticeship journey, Heather shares, "Completing my apprenticeship has allowed me to look back on my time here at BGB. It has been incredibly rewarding and exciting, and I'm eager to continue my professional growth with the company. I'm immensely grateful for the support I've received from BGB throughout my apprenticeship." Heather successfully completed her two-year Digital Marketing course at Grantham College in January 2024 while working at BGB four days a week. During this time, she applied her learning to real-life marketing projects within the company, gaining valuable experience along the way. "Heather has made significant contributions to BGB, particularly in managing our internal marketing communications, email campaigns, and the establishment of a BGB Intranet," commented James Tupper, Head of Marketing.
