Here at Astrapac Midlands Ltd we were originally established in 1974 and we specialise in the design and manufacture of bag sealing machinery which is able to be used in virtually any packaging requirement, examples are found throughout Industrial, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Hospital Sterile Services and Food sectors, in addition to general industrial Packaging including retail, display and security packaging.

Alongside designing and building an extensive and diverse range of Heat Sealers Astrapac are also the sole UK and Ireland representative for the technically advanced Gandus Medical Heat Sealers / pouch sealers. All of the models within the Gandus range are built to European medical standard ISO 11607 and a lot models are fully validatable, which is a requirement in the medical sector for seal quality control.

Astrapac also provides a comprehensive repair, service, and calibration facility at its Midlands based site, this includes the provision of full certification and validation which is increasingly required within all aspects of packaging today.
