mk Profile Systems Venture into the World of Golf!

mk Profile Systems work on projects with customers from a wide variety of industry sectors but this is their first venture into the world of golf! mk have been working closely with the designer of the ‘Tee-Pee’, a water-free outdoor urinal & cubical for use on and around golf courses, that meets high sustainability standards and has no regulatory barriers to installation. Golfing enthusiasts will be only too aware of the persistent problem of what to do when you find yourself needing a comfort break half way through a round of golf! A quick dash to the nearest tree is not very appealing and a trek back to the club house is not very practical. This is becoming a greater issue with more women and juniors taking up the game of golf which is why the tee-pee has been designed to accommodate both men and women. The cubicle is constructed entirely from mk’s 40 series profile and mk’s Director Darren Whiteside was involved in creating its unique hexagonal design. Providing an aesthetically pleasing product was very important to Sport Relief Ltd, the company behind the Tee-Pee product.
