High Speed Side Sealers

Our range of high-speed side sealers has been designed to pack a wide variety of unlimited length products, using plastic film including polyolefin and polythene, with speeds of up to 85 packs per minute. These side sealers have been specially designed to achieve high production output, even with frequent format changes over a wide range of product sizes, without the need for any change parts. A robust industrial PC control powers an intuitive, operator friendly, touch screen control system providing up-to-date information of the shrink wrap machine status, size parameters and diagnostics control with memory for up to 100 different products. Our heat sealer has a unique high speed, low maintenance, heavy-duty side sealing system for consistently strong seals on all shrink plastic. The inverter driven variable speed in-feed and out-feed belts provide complete flexibility and control with unstable products.
