Cardboard Sheets

Why use cardboard sheets?Cardboard sheets (commonly known as 'sheetboard') are made from sheets of paper, glued together with corrugated layers to give a strong, stable sheet of cardboard, in either single-wall or double-wall variants, including our extra-tough Super900 board for specialist applications.Single-wall sheetboard is great for providing a base layer to protect the products from the pallet or putting a layer between the products on the pallet to protect them from each other and/or provide stability for the pallet during transit. It comes in a stock size of 1.2m x 1m, to fit a UK standard pallet. Also, a firm layer helps stabilise pallet stacking where the products are odd sizes. It can also be easily cut down, making smaller layer pads to be used in boxes etc.Double-wall sheetboard is ideal for pallet layering for large/heavy products, packing art or furniture items, export packing, creating custom-size cardboard packages, or even temporary floor protection.See also our Super 900 sheetboard for an extra-heavy duty board, suitable for the toughest applications.Environmental featuresOur sheetboard is manufactured from circa 70-80% recycled material, using both Kraft and Test (recycled) papers. This helps to ensure they are very eco-friendly, while maintaining the quality expected by our customers.NB: For orders of less than 1 pallet quantity for delivery to Zone C, we may fold the sheets to ensure they can be suitably packed. Please see our Delivery page for more info.
