Airtech® Air Bag SystemThe Airtech® Air Bag System is designed to compliment a high throughput packing line with protective voidfill, interleaving and wrapping with our single-cell, sixteen-cell and twenty-nine-cell Airtech® Air Bag films.With each Air Bag being 99% air and 1% film, the reduced environmental impact over paper solutions is increased, with a lower cost per metre thanks to its high volume for the small form factor. For example, 1 roll of Airtech® Air Bag film can produce the same volume as 15 rolls of bubble wrap! All for a significantly reduced cost.Each roll of Airtech® Film is made using 100% recycled products, yet retains the same strength and durability as virgin products, making this the eco-friendly choice for many e-commerce, automotive and manufacturing companies across the world.Airtech® products provide great protection as a cushioning product and for impact protection, with the film thickness preventing any damage to your products by maintaining it's integrity when something hits it.Airtech® Air Bag systems can easily integrate into current packing lines, supplying multiple workstations at high speeds for maximum throughput.
