Spreader Feeders

Here at Vibraplant, we are able to produce feeders which are ideal for applications where the spreading of material is vital in order to maximise the performance of downstream equipment. These units are specially designed in order to receive a narrow product flow (i.e. 600mm) and transform it to a wide evenly spread feed of up to 5000mm. Common applications for VIBRA-SPREADERS include: - Spreading material over eddy current or magnetic separators. - Spreading material for ballistic separating equipment. - Spreading material over vibratory screens. - Spreading material for optical or x-ray sorting equipment. Some of the design options available for vibratory feeders and conveyors include: - Fabricated from mild steel or stainless steel. - Lined with wear-resistant steel, stainless steel, plastic, rubber or other specialist coatings. -Open or enclosed trough versions with either bolt-on or quick release covers or fully enclosed tubular versions. - Heated, cooled or insulated troughs. - High-temperature and ATEX-certified models. - Mounted on compression springs for either base or suspended installation. - Available with electric, hydraulic or pneumatic drives. - Dimensions up to 6m long and 2.5m wide. - Options to fit woven wire mesh, perforated plates or other screen media to provide screen feeders.
