Vibraplant design and manufacture a wide range of open and enclosed feeders and conveyors in both trough and tube styles capable of processing 100Kg/hr to 1300TPH. Vibrating Conveyors are similar to feeders but are generally used when the application only requires the simple transfer of products from one point to another at pre-determined rates or when the delivery flow rate is not critical to the process. Our conveyors can be manufactured as rectangular trough or tubular designs with modular designs for conveying over extended distances. Typical applications for vibrating conveyors include: - Replacement of belt conveyors. - Transportation of hot or abrasive materials. - Transportation of dusty and explosive materials. - Transportation over longer distances by using modular designs.
