New Verder dosing pumps

Verder launch new range of dosing pumps for smaller-scale dosing processes Verder UK have released two new series of dosing pumps for the accurate delivery of chemicals and other fluids. Our customers now have the opportunity to purchase a solenoid/diaphragm or peristaltic pump for simple dosing applications. Solenoid dosing (Click here to see the range) The standard model is available with 3 different configurations: 1) Manually adjustable flow 2) Digital proportional flow rate dosing to a 4-20mA source 3) Dosing proportional to pH/Redox value The flow rate is available from 1.5-15l/hr (12-2 bar) and in IP ratings of up to 65. A wide range of materials is available for handling of chemicals including PVDF Every pump is supplied with an installation kit. The solenoid units are also available in a compact version and advanced model, complete with LED display and chlorine-specific materials. In addition to the pump models, a range of accessories is available including LCD control unit for remote operation SS and PP injection valves Foot filters Electrodes Probes Mixers for tanks of up to 500L Peristaltic dosing (Click here to view the range) The peristaltic models are compact tube pumps available in cased and panel mount versions. Optional features include a programmable start/stop timer with up to 10 program settings with a choice of manual/proportional dosing and in a range of power types. Flow rates between 2.4-20l/h at 1 bar. Applications include swimming pools, laboratories and small batches of effluent.
