TFS01 T Type HACCP Compliant Food Simulant Probe. Designed for stable long term measurements, this probe has similar thermal characteristics as a pack of cold meat; so simulates the core temperature of surrounding foodstuffs in a fridge, cold store or freezer. In conjunction with a connection cable and digital thermometer, the user simply plugs into the TFS01 for an instant reading. Features • Thermocouple Type – T • Accuracy – ½ Class I (±0.25°C ±1.5%) • Measurement Range: -50 to 150°C • Probe Dimensions – 100mm x 100mm x 10mm • Can be laid down on a shelf or fixed with cable ties (not included) using the two fixing holes.
