Picture this, your product runs 24/7, the spiral in that 10 year old conveyor finally fails during the night shift on a Friday. The loss of production whilst waiting until Monday morning would be extremely disproportionate to the cost of carrying the appropriate spare part. Standard spare parts are ex-stock and can be dispatched within 24 hours by overnight carrier or by airfreight. We do however try to encourage customers to protect their own interests by carrying essential and especially non-standard spares.
