HS40 and HS50 Automatic Plastic Sealers

The HS40 and HS50 model machines are high volume semi-automatic conveyor film sealing machine. The machine process uses a heated roller and a cutting station to produce individual sealed containers with a trimmed heat sealed film lid. Popular as a sandwich pack sealer the machines will seal many other types of packaging over a wide range of lengths. Up to 44 sandwich packs per minute can be sealed on dual line platens on the HS40. The dual heaters on the HS50 allow speeds of up to 90 packs sealed per minute The HS40 runs at a fixed speed. The HS50 has a variable conveyor speed to match production demands.
