Electrical Condition Reports

The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 & The Workplace (Health & Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 require that workplace systems are maintained.

The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 also requires landlords "to keep in repair and proper working order the installations in the dwelling-house for the supply of water, gas and electricity."

•City & Guilds qualified competent person
•Fixed Electrical Routine Checks in accordance with the 17th Edition BS 7671:2008 and the IET Guidance Note 3
