Penico Digital Flushpin Gauge

This Gauge is used to inspect the dovetail profile only. It consists of a fixed and movable Anvil. It is held in the dovetail by spring tension. The digital gauge differs from the traditional gauge in that it actually gives a measurement of the dovetail width. This helps the machine operator set his machine much faster and with less chance of mistakes. It also enables an accurate dimension to be entered on inspection reports for the moulds that have been manufactured with this gauge. Please see our separate sheet for further details.
