Pakawaste Progress In The BIBAs

Following on from our news in May, we are pleased to announce that Pakawaste has progressed in the Be Inspired Business Awards (BIBAs) to the finalist stage. From the initial nominations, we have progressed in the “Service Business of the Year” and “Exporter of the Year” awards into the finalist stage. In addition to this, we have also been nominated in the category “Most Inspiring Business of the Year”, which is handpicked by the judges. With the BIBAs referred to as “The one they all want to win”, we are very pleased with our progression through the nomination stages to becoming finalists. As well as being a proud moment for us, our finalist status gives our customers continued faith in our services, which is backed up by our consistently high levels of service. The BIBAs award ceremony will be held at the iconic Blackpool Tower on Friday the 12th of September. The popularity and competition to win the 18 awards increases year on year, with over 1,200 applications from 576 companies being submitted this year. This has been cut down to the finalists for the categories, with the full list available here. Obviously we are very proud to progress with the awards and we look forward to impressing the judges when they go ‘on tour’ and visit our premises throughout June. We also wish the best of luck to the other businesses who have been nominated and we look forward to seeing everyone at the award ceremony!
