Pakawaste 40th Anniversary BBQ

This year, Pakawaste is celebrating its 40th Anniversary in the waste industry and what better way to mark the occasion than with a staff BBQ and raffle. On Friday 29th April, Pakawaste started the bank holiday weekend early with a celebratory BBQ for our staff. Gathered from every corner of the company and of the UK, our staff came together at our Preston office. The rain wasn’t going to stand in the way of what was to be a great day and indeed the BBQ was a great success. The raffle offered some fantastic prizes, and something for all the staff to take with them to remember the special occasion to wrap up a wonderful day for all involved. Voluntary donations were collected and we managed to also raise a fantastic £65 for Cancer Research UK to top off a wonderful birthday for the company.
