Small scratches, slight deformations and other minor damages do not affect the steel belt’s performance immediately. Often such small defects remain unnoticed in a continuous production process. In order to avoid minor damages to become problems and to identify possible future hazards, Berndorf Band offers Inspection Agreements. They describe the required scope of work, the time intervals between the inspection visits, and all other relevant items. The bernfixx® inspections are carried out by Berndorf Band service technicians, and followed up by written reports from the Berndorf Band service team.
