Extruded Acrylic Sheet

Extruded acrylic provides a consistent surface tolerance as opposed to Cast which can vary +/- 2mm depending on thickness. Where the consistency of thickness is essential, extruded is the material of choice. This does not exclude it from the usual applications of cast and in some cases offers great value. Extruded has a lower melting point to cast and in such cases may offer an advantage for some thermo applications.
