CNC Routing

Our CNC router can handle sheets up to 3m x 2m and has a spindle operating from 6000rpm – 24000rpm. We are able to cut from Acrylic to Aluminium Composite Panels to Foam PVC; this machine has the ability to deal with a wide variety of in-house materials. It specialises in cut to shape & lettering as well as complex designs to customer specifications. It also offers the ability to create machined panels for folding and high quality display case for contract customers. The feature to create intricate “V” groove dents for is widely used in shop signage and lit panel projects and to create folded trays.
