The Coverfill Fibre systems are designed for the filling of upholstery, cushions and pillows and is a free standing machine which is simple to operate. The upholstery filling fibre being used is hand fed from the bale, hopper or bin on to a driven feed conveyor. The fibre is worked gently and opened prior to being blown into a pre-made case. Filling rates are controlled by means of a foot pedal by the operator, to ensure even fibre distribution within the case. The cover fabric must allow the free passage of air, and optimum results are achieved by using hollow or conjugate polyester fibres.Coverfill Systems are delivered fully assembled and pre-wired requiring only a 3 phase mains connection, clear site and even floor. No bolting down is required.
